Please note that we create all orders on-demand; there is typically a 7-15 day window in which the items you order are being fulfilled and prepared for shipment. Since our products are only created based on orders and only for you, it may take a bit longer. We are always happy to help you track your order!

A customs duty fee may be applied when you receive your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense.
We are not responsible for any conversion rates charged by your credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment company.

We accept most exchanges and returns as long as the item is still in like-new condition and hasn't been visibly worn. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns outside of 14 days of when your order was received. Returns will only be accepted for damage or if a delivery fails. We cannot refund for wrong size or color. Please ensure you are selecting the right size and color using the sizing chart on each store item. The return address information is detailed on your package that was received.

We do not accept returns for Gift Cards or Custom Orders.

All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc. 

 

Order Not Received

Any issues with your order must be brought up within 3 weeks after your order was made.

Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. We are happy to help on our end too.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
